The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques, as well as experience working with pupils with a range of needs.

Responsibilities:
  • To deliver personalised lessons to pupils with MLD, ASC, SLD, and SEMH, promoting inclusion and equality throughout the learning process.
  • To work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
  • To utilise various teaching strategies and communication methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £75-£95, depending on experience.
