Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Specialist to join our team at FMC Ltd in Oxfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership position and make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people.
As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be responsible for directing and guiding support staff, ensuring the safety, well-being, and behavioral monitoring of children and young people. Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships are essential.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with children and young people in a residential setting, QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent, and a willingness to work a shift pattern, including sleep-in duties. A full UK driving license is also required.
