Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with customers and the operational teams daily to resolve any concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording all progress on our CRM system.
  • The regular use and updating of our various systems, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Asset Management tool.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.


Salary Information:
$40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
