Job Purpose

The Financial Assessment & Income Unit requires an officer to provide administrative support, implement policies, and handle customer enquiries. As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality administrative support to the unit.

You will be required to handle high volumes of contact with the public, providing first-class customer service while maintaining awareness of GDPR regulations.

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service to colleagues and external clients
  • Handling enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, internet, or email
  • Maintaining awareness of GDPR regulations
