Job Title

Financial Manager (Architectural Metalwork)

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee the financial aspects of assigned projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project finances, tracking performance against contractual timelines, and reporting any issues to Project Managers.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Training + Progression + Development + Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project finances, including submitting monthly progress applications and reviewing tender allowances.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and develop strong relationships.
  • Ensure cost control is upheld throughout the procurement, delivery, and design phases.
  • Identify and propose cost-saving measures within the business.
  • Generate monthly cost and value forecasts.
  • Prepare tender and contract documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience working on large commercial projects.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
