Due to the continuing expansion of our business, we are looking for a Financial Services/IFA Administrator to join our team based in Ottery St Mary.

Your role with us will include:
- 1. General administration duties including answering the telephone, liaising with clients, dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, scanning documents, etc.
2. Processing new business - Entering business onto our systems, provider portals and following through to completion.
4. Admin support including typing up correspondence, letters and reports.
5. Maintaining customer files, ensuring that they are up to date and complete in accordance with procedures.
6. Ensuring all compliance procedures are adhered to on a day-to-day basis.
7. To ensure that office facilities are maintained daily - i.e. The office coffee machine.
8. Other duties may be expected of you as the business evolves and as you evolve within the business.
You will have a comprehensive induction from day one with full training on all our systems and processes. We have invested in our systems to make the processes as seamless as possible to ensure client satisfaction. The personal touch for each and every one of our clients is super important to us.

Salary dependant on experience.
Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
