About the Role

Airmid Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced care assistant to join our team in Broadstairs, Kent. As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with complex needs to live independently in their own home.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, with experience working with children who require oxygen saturation monitoring and administration of medication. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with complex needs
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
