Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced care worker to support a child with complex needs in the Broadstairs area of Kent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children who require oxygen saturation monitoring and administration of medication.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to enable the child to live independently in their own home.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care and support to the child
- Assisting with daily living activities, including medication administration and oxygen saturation monitoring
- Supporting the child's educational and social needs
- Communicating effectively with the child's family and healthcare professionals
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
The salary for this role is £15-19 per hour, paid weekly. Other benefits include:
