Residential Care Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Care Support Professional to join our team in Adelaide. This rewarding role involves providing care and support to residents within the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- To provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
- To assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, toileting, and bathing as required.
- To encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities, enhancing their quality of life.
- To administer medication safely and effectively, following proper training and protocols.
- A strong understanding of and respect for the needs of older people.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a caring team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
- A competitive salary of £11.63 per hour (£11.69 with NVQ/QCF Level 2, £11.73 with NVQ/QCF Level 3).
