Job Title: Support and Care Professional

Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Support and Care Professional to join our residential support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

**Job Description:**
Our Support and Care Professional will be responsible for:
1. Delivering individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each service user
2. Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and social skills development
3. Collaborating with senior staff to assess and address the changing needs of service users
4. Fostering positive relationships with service users, promoting dignity, respect, and independence
5. Participating in regular reviews and assessments to ensure effective care planning

**Requirements and Benefits:**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
1. 1 year of caring experience, preferably in a similar role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
3. Knowledge of behaviors that challenge and strategies for de-escalation
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
