Job Overview:
Bryson Charitable Group is looking for a dedicated Caring Support Professional to enable older people to regain skills and confidence lost due to poor health or hospital/residential care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of paid experience in a caring role, with a relevant qualification such as QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care, Level 2/3.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful applicant can expect a competitive salary of £13.20 per hour, plus 32p mileage, paid weekly. This position also offers the opportunity to work flexibly and be part of a supportive team.

About the Role:
This rewarding job involves supporting older people to regain skills and confidence. As a Senior Home Care Assistant, you will work with individuals who have experienced poor health or hospital/residential care. You will provide support and guidance to help them recover and maintain their independence. Your expertise and knowledge of healthcare procedures will be essential in delivering high-quality care services.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of paid experience in a caring role
- A full UK driving license and access to a car
- Relevant qualification such as QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care, Level 2/3
