Residential Care Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Adelaide House in Belfast. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while working within the Christian ethos of our organization.
Salary: £13.03 - £13.13 per hour (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
• Participate in daily prayers and spiritual activities with residents, reflecting the Christian ethos of our organization
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and medication administration
Requirements:
• Minimum NVQ/QCF Level 2 Award in Health and Social Care
• Medication competency or willingness to achieve this within 4 weeks
• Experience working in a residential care setting for older adults
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
