Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Care Worker to join our team at the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to children and young people in a residential setting, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence.

About the Role:
  • Support children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Promote independence and encourage residents to take ownership of their daily routines.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
