Job Title: Residential Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Care Provider to join our team in Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in a residential setting.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support, and promote dignity and respect at all times.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00, mileage paid, and annual leave on a pro-rata basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver person-centered care and support to clients in a residential setting.
  • To promote independence and autonomy in clients' daily lives.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
  • A full driving license and access to a motor vehicle.
  • No qualifications or experience necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.
