Homecare Support Role

About the Job:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and plan future support.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience working with clients with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
  • A current member of the PVG scheme and registered with SSSC.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
