Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the department by assisting with report production, holiday records, and general office administration duties.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance visits, issue work instructions to engineers, and create service requests on Oracle.
  • Gather visit reports, impedance reports, and update contract databases and spreadsheets.
  • Provide CRM feedback on contract delivery performance and ensure all requirements for the rail Sentinel scheme are met.
  • Coordinate worker engagement processes, arrange PTS medicals and Sentinel competency training, and liaise with the management team.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong focus on attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating with minimal supervision, with the ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel.
  • Previous experience in a client/team coordination role and multi-tasking ability with a flexible approach to work.
