Service Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the department by assisting with report production, holiday records, and general office administration duties.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance visits, and issue work instructions to engineers.
  • Create and update service requests on Oracle, and gather visit reports and impedance reports.
  • Update contract databases and spreadsheets, and provide CRM feedback on contract delivery performance.
  • Coordinate and record worker engagement processes, and arrange PTS medicals and Sentinel-based competency training.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong focus on attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating with minimal supervision, with the ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel.
