Deputy Ward Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Ward Manager to work in a leading mental health hospital in North London. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, their families, and visitors.
This role involves applying relevant policies and statutory requirements within the ward and hospital framework of governance, communicating requirements to the wider team, and ensuring that risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider working environment.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in quality service delivery and development, the ability to lead and motivate others, and experience working in inpatient mental health settings. They will also have the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, numeracy, and evidence of analytical ability.
This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week, with an excellent salary of £41,600 per annum. The successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, staff dining room with subsidised meals, free onsite parking, and NMC payment in full.
