**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at Candidate Source in Bracknell. The successful candidate will work on resolving customer complaints related to motor issues, ensuring fair outcomes for both customers and the business.

In this role, you will take ownership of a pipeline of cases from start to resolution, logging new complaints and loading customer cases onto the client system. You will also collect and review information from customers, dealers, motor manufacturers, and repair garages, checking if the client is liable for the issues and deciding on a support plan for the customer.

As a Complaint Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for taking responsibility for queries/issues through to resolution, deciding fair outcomes for both customers and the business, and writing templated outcome letters to the customer. Additionally, you will manage expectations of all internal and external customers.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience, with 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm. A hybrid working arrangement of 3 days a week in office is available after training.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within financial services complaints
  • Previous final response letter writing experience
  • Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Financial Ombudsman Service complaints would be advantageous
