Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Complaint Resolution Manager to join our team at Candidate Source. As a Complaint Resolution Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complaints related to motor issues. This includes taking ownership of a pipeline of cases from start to resolution, logging new complaints, and ensuring all details are accurately recorded in our system. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services complaints and final response letter writing.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

In this role, you will work closely with a dedicated team to investigate and resolve customer complaints. You will collect and review information from customers and relevant parties, and decide on fair outcomes for both customers and the business. You will also be responsible for managing expectations of internal and external customers.
