Key responsibilities include managing the resolution of customer complaints, monitoring the Complaints inbox, and providing data for weekly Operations meetings.

About the Role:

  • Manage the resolution of customer complaints
  • Monitor the Complaints inbox and acknowledge complaints received
  • Provide data for weekly Operations meetings

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with guidance
  • Strong IT skills
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
