About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Patient Support Coordinators to join our existing team at HealthHero, a digital-first healthcare provider in the UK & Ireland.

This full-time position involves working 23:00 - 07:00, 5 days a week, onsite in our Bracknell office. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with GPs, and processing prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with queries from patients, ensuring accurate information is recorded and stored according to company policies.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including specialist referral letters and health documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless support to patients.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

While experience with call handling and contact centre work is desirable, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. A good level of emotional intelligence and ability to show sensitivity over the telephone are essential qualities for this position.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
