Complaints Resolution Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Administrator to join our team in Bracknell, Berkshire.
This role requires a strong understanding of complaint handling procedures and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for complaints and feedback received, compiling related paperwork, and updating centralized case management systems.
