Job Title: Senior Nurse

Appoint Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Nurse to join our team at our nursing home in Hythe, Kent.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Nurse who can provide high-quality patient care and lead our team of nurses in delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and supervising the delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of care to patients
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in a nursing home setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
