- Collaborate with the practice manager and GPs to deliver practice priorities.
- Education and Training
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and carers on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management.
- Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- 1st level nursing registration with the NMC.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Non-Medical Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Clinical skills module for assessing, diagnosing, and treating unscheduled care.
- Evidence of continuing professional development in chronic disease management, including hypertension, rheumatology monitoring, asthma, COPD, CHD, CVD, LVSD, and diabetes.
- Child protection education.
