Job Title: Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of complex care clients in South Kent, working closely with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.
  • Conduct regular staff supervision, audits, and case management duties to ensure the quality of care.
  • Participate in the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts as required.

Requirements:

  • Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • A minimum of three years' post-registration experience in community-based care, preferably in complex care settings.
  • Experience in providing care for clients with complex needs, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
  • Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
