Job Title: Senior Nurse

Appoint Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team at our nursing home in Hythe, Kent.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to provide high-quality patient care and lead our nursing team. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent care, promoting a positive and supportive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to our high standards and CQC guidelines.
  • Lead and manage the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
