Job Overview
CHL Mortgages is seeking an experienced Loan Administrator to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our mortgage servicing team, you will be responsible for managing and dealing with all aspects of processes relating to existing residential and buy-to-let mortgages progressing towards or already in litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a mortgage servicing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment. You will be organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results. In return, we offer a competitive salary, up to 15% annual discretionary bonus, company pension scheme, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review accounts from the pre-litigation work queue
* Assess the suitability of each individual case
* Ensure all relevant contact has been attempted and no agreement can be met
* Work closely with the Asset Management Team to achieve both a timely and satisfactory conclusion
* Provide a prompt and comprehensive telephone response to all customer and third-party queries
* Prepare court packs for possession cases
* Upload cases to solicitors' portals
* Issue legal letters and liaise with solicitors sending these
* Ensure that all invoices relating to legal costs are correctly processed within time scales
* Identify possible complaint cases and strive to satisfy customer grievances promptly
* Liaise with other departments within the Company to ensure optimum service for the borrower and to minimize risk for the Company

**Requirements:**
* A mortgage servicing background
* Previous experience of dealing directly with customers, both over the telephone and by written correspondence
* Previous experience of working successfully within a busy team, while interacting with colleagues with a view to providing excellent customer service
* The ability to work in a process-driven environment
* Organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
* GCSE Maths & English (Min Level C)
