Join Barclays UK as a Senior Cash Management Sales Lead in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting our diverse product offerings to various customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify potential customers, analyze their needs, and stay up-to-date with emerging market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through high-quality customer support, responding to queries, and resolving issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the features, benefits, risks, and compliance requirements of various banking products and services offered by Barclays UK.
Expectations:
  • Leadership: Manage a large team or sub-function, providing significant input to function-wide strategic initiatives, and influencing policy and procedures.
  • Talent Development: Train, guide, and coach less experienced specialists, and provide information affecting long-term profits, organizational risks, and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain broad and comprehensive knowledge of industry theories and practices within own discipline, alongside up-to-date relevant sector/functional knowledge, and insight into external market developments/initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Negotiate with and influence stakeholders at a senior level both internally and externally, and act as the principal contact point for key clients and counterparts in other functions/business divisions.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and employee assistance program.
