About the Role:

Cash Management Supervisor at CBRE is responsible for leading the Cash Team, maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring timely cash allocations and priority payments. This position requires strong team management skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Cash Team, including objective setting, monitoring, and performance management;
  • Review and analyze KPIs for all processes within the team;
  • Act as the key point of contact for UK business for cash queries and escalations;
  • Ensure all cash management processes meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines;

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of strong team management skills;
  • Experience in high-volume transactions with a result-driven mindset;
  • Confident and assertive, with good influencing skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to form professional relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach;
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently.
