About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Cash Management Lead to join our team at Haleon. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and improving cash management structures and processes across the Haleon businesses. This will involve leading and facilitating RFP reviews across regions, centralizing cash, and developing and proposing value-adding solutions for the group's banking structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation in cash management and implement Treasury strategies to support the liquidity requirements of the Haleon businesses.
  • Centralize cash and simplify cash management structures and processes across the Haleon businesses, enhancing efficiency and creating value through optimizing Group cash and streamlined processes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Treasury Cash, Operations, and Risk to develop and propose value-adding solutions for the group's banking structures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Operating Companies, corporate teams, and the group's Global Relationship Banks.
  • Provide assurance and analysis on Banking activity spend, including the development of KPIs on banking spend across the core transactional banks.
  • Manage and deliver Treasury projects to develop and improve Haleon banking structures, including the ongoing execution of the regional transactional bank strategy.
  • Identify new technologies for the enhancement of the treasury operations.


Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of designing and implementing innovative bank account structures, including the management of cross-border Treasury transactions. They will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as analytical prowess and a proven track record of providing accurate and relevant financial information to senior decision makers. Additionally, they will have the ability to play a pivotal role in supporting Haleon's global cash management strategy and have a reputation for delivering results in dynamic and challenging environments.
