Catch Resource Management is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics ERP Functional Lead with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the O2C roadmap, enabling the business to effectively utilise information technology to support and grow the business. This role will involve occasional travel for meetings/workshops (approx. 10% of the time).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery from third-party suppliers and development organisations.
  • Handover of solutions to support organisations and user communities.
  • Providing 3rd line support for complex issues.
  • Participating in relevant focus groups and process owner network meetings.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Solution Architecture, specifically in the Order to Cash domain. Knowledge of Dynamics ERP (AX2012, AX2009, D365 ERP), solution design, and implementation experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
