We are seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash Lead Consultant to join our team at HCLTech. As a key member of our Microsoft Business Applications Practice, you will be responsible for owning elements of the functional design and delivery of Financial Management module projects.

About the Role

">

You will work closely with client business users to gather requirements and collaborate with our internal team of Architects, Consultants, Developers, and Testers for Solution Delivery. Your solid experience working on multiple end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects will enable you to drive successful project completions.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Taking ownership of all aspects of Financial Management module (particularly Order to Cash) working with the business stakeholders and delivering successful programmes;">
  • Assisting with kick-offs, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions; evaluating client business processes and providing Business Requirement Documents;">
  • Analysing client requirements and objectives, suggesting Business Re-Engineering processes, eliminating non-value addition processes and deriving how best the software can address clients' business processes;">
  • Performing Fit-gap analysis, converting requirements to functional specs and functional design documents;">
  • Configuring and showcasing Financial Management processes/systems as to how the solution meets client business requirements like Chart of Accounts, Consolidation of Accounts, Financial Reporting per Business unit/department, Exchange Rates, Intercompany Accounting, Ledger Accruals and Allocations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management;">
  • Having experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live;">
  • Having experience in data migration activities and approach for it;">
  • Mentoring other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; taking ownership and delivering successful completion of projects including documents, user manuals;">
  • Participating in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans, performing SIT testing;">
  • Facilitating functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including driving a client to decisions;">
  • Conducting functional testing of modifications and sub-processes during the implementation process;">
  • Testing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics system; including executing the pilot/implementation/deployment of new requirements or enhancements to the Workday application and integration support;">
  • Ensuring delivery of high-quality services and products to customers;">
  • Working with customers to identify/resolving all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe;">

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • ">
  • Solid Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation experience;">
  • Experience in Order to Cash and Sales ordering within a Manufacturing or Retail background;">
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Quotations and Retail;">
  • Experience across 3+ end-to-end implementation projects and awareness of typical implementation methodologies for Dynamics projects;">
  • A proven understanding of and primary responsibility for solutions in Financial and Project Management Accounting and also multi-country and multi-currency AX implementations in Dynamics 365 F&O or other AX versions;">
  • Must have expertise knowledge & experience on Fixed Assets, AP/AR, General Ledger, Supply chain, Taxation, Project accounting and Audit;">
  • Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills;">
  • A positive and can-do approach;">
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment;">
  • Exhibiting HCL's Guiding Principles;">
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio;">
  • The ability to work remotely and on customer site; some travel expected;">
  • Appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications;">
  • Experience using DevOps for tracking deliverables, risks, and issues;">
  • Having led a team to deliver a project module solution and deliverable;">

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA/M.Com/CA or any other equivalent graduation in a reputed university;">
  • Certifications in AX Finance modules desirable;">

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
