As a key member of our team, you'll drive innovation by reviewing existing cash management arrangements and implementing Treasury strategies to support the liquidity requirements of our businesses. This will involve leading and facilitating RFP reviews across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation in cash management by reviewing existing arrangements and implementing Treasury strategies to support liquidity requirements.
  • Centralise cash management structures and processes across our businesses, enhancing efficiency and creating value through optimised Group cash and streamlined processes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Treasury Cash, Operations, and Risk to develop and propose value-adding solutions for our group's banking structures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Operating Companies, corporate teams, and our Global Relationship Banks.
  • Provide assurance and analysis on banking activity spend, including the development of KPIs on banking spend across core transactional banks.
  • Manage and deliver Treasury projects to develop and improve our banking structures, including the ongoing execution of the regional transactional bank strategy.
  • Identify new technologies for the enhancement of our treasury operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Financial qualification or qualified by experience (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, AMCT/MCT).
  • Strong understanding in designing and implementing innovative bank account structures, including the management of cross-border Treasury transactions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical prowess, with a track record of providing accurate and relevant financial information to senior decision makers.
