Service Manager

Are you a seasoned Service Manager looking for a new challenge in the fire and security industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Manager - Fire & Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the service division, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Oversee the management of small works and fault works, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Support credit control and financial escalations, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
- Provide operational and financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a management or project management role, preferably in the fire and security industry.
- Extensive experience in rolling out operational policies and processes, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Valid UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
