We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Business Partner to join our Marketing team at Ampa - Legal & Professional Services.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business development initiatives forward, working closely with area teams and the wider organisation, including legal colleagues across all our Ampa brands.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading key account planning, undertaking client care meetings, and ensuring our clients are at the heart of our growth plans
- Identifying targeting initiatives and developing go-to-market strategies alongside marketing colleagues
- Leading relevant sales and business development meetings
- Talking to clients and prospects to introduce our teams and services
- Using CRM and client analytics to identify and unlock new work opportunities
- Identifying new areas of referral and planning how best to leverage those relationships
- Researching partnership/sponsorship opportunities and working with the wider team to create event and activation plans
- Acting as a conduit between the fee-earning teams and wider marketing specialists
- Encouraging, challenging, and coaching partners and other fee earners with their own business development goals
We are looking for someone with experience of working as a business development manager in professional services, who is passionate about delivering business growth, has a flexible approach, and is agile-minded and responsive to change.
