Freshminds Interim is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support the redevelopment of a local council's physical space and upgrade their facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of a business case for proposed upgrades, leveraging strong business case writing and data analysis skills.
- Liaise with technical experts and stakeholders to translate client interests into feasible plans, utilising exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Manage team members within the business, controlling timelines, reporting, and KPIs.
- Strong project and programme management skills, with experience in public sector projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take direction and hit the ground running.
- Experience in economic analysis, the built environment, regeneration, property development, public policy, housing, and/or education markets would be advantageous.
- Duration: 18 weeks.
- Daily rate: Up to £300 PAYE.
- Hybrid: May involve some travel to client site.
