About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Simply Business. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of initiatives and ensuring that all deliverables are consistently completed on time while meeting quality standards and senior leadership expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise, track, and drive large-scale cross-functional, complex, and strategically important change initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Provide motivation and direction to ensure that team initiative goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Identify and manage all associated risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Lead and drive all change initiative meetings to begin, troubleshoot, and successfully deliver initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders and the Leadership Team.
  • Lead change management best practice to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Knowledgeable of programme management methodologies and tools.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale programmes.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule.
  • Effective in relationship building with a broad array of stakeholders and team members.
