Job Summary

As a Programme Manager at Simply Business, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of initiatives and ensuring that all deliverables are consistently completed on time while meeting quality standards and senior leadership expectations. You will work with the Change team to manage and assess requests for support and confirm the level of support required to successfully deliver initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Organise, track, and drive large-scale cross-functional, complex, and strategically important change initiatives to successful outcomes
Provide motivation and direction to ensure that team initiative goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
Identify and manage all associated risks, issues, and dependencies
Lead and drive all change initiative meetings to begin, troubleshoot, and successfully deliver initiatives
Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders and the Leadership Team
Lead change management best practice to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives

Requirements

Knowledgeable of programme management methodologies and tools
Experienced in managing large-scale programmes
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule
Effective in relationship building with a broad array of stakeholders and team members
