Programme Manager Role

You will be working as part of the Programme Management team here at Simply Business, where you'll be responsible for managing a wide range of initiatives and ensuring that all deliverables are consistently completed on time while meeting quality standards and senior leadership expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise, track, and drive large scale cross functional, complex and strategically important change initiatives to successful outcomes
  • Provide motivation and direction to ensure that team initiative goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
  • Identify and manage all associated risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead and drive all change initiative meetings to begin, troubleshoot, and successfully deliver initiatives
  • Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders and the Leadership Team
  • Lead change management best practice to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable of programme management methodologies and tools
  • Experienced in managing large scale programmes
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule
  • Effective in relationship building with a broad array of stakeholders and team members
