Disability Care Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Disability Care Specialist to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As an Adult Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs in their daily lives.
About the JobYour key responsibilities will include managing medication, handling finances, and providing personal care to supported individuals. You will also take an active interest in their hobbies and activities, such as outings, gym sessions, or group activities. Confidence in using computers is essential for this role.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy generous annual leave, TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel during shifts and fuel allowance, continuous training opportunities, and refer a friend scheme.
