Care Assistant for Learning Disabilities

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team of experienced professionals who provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with our service users to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote their health, well-being, and independence. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and providing emotional support.
