Care and Support Workers Wanted for Learning Disability Role

Care and Support Workers play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
We are seeking a Care and Support Worker to join our team at Enable, where you will have the opportunity to support individuals with their daily needs, including personal care, mobility and access to community facilities.
Your role will involve working as part of a team to provide support and guidance to individuals, while also developing your own skills and knowledge through our extensive learning programme.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will be required to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. You will need to have a positive and flexible outlook to your work, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
