Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist at Spencer Clarke Group, you will work with a group of young people who have autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour. You will conduct assessments to identify their needs, monitor their progress, and perform observations. Additionally, you will offer sensory recommendations and provide direct therapeutic interventions to train our staff. This role is a permanent, term-time position, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, along with HCPC registration, is essential. At least 5 years' experience working with young people who have Autism & severe learning disabilities is also necessary.

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who can work collaboratively with our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities. The annual salary for this position is up to £35k, paid weekly.
