"The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments, as well as performing weekly automated invoice matching runs. Additionally, you will assist in query resolutions, preparation of reports, and supplier/subcontractor reconciliations. You will also provide financial analysis as required and participate in internal/external audits. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Matching purchase orders to invoices and posting to the accounting ledger.
  • Assist in query resolutions including liaising with administrators/suppliers.
  • Perform weekly automated invoice matching run.
  • Assist in preparation of reports to local management team.
  • Ensure the finance inbox is monitored, and action is taken as required.
  • Ensure all supplier/subcontractor reconciliations are completed on time.
  • Update the monthly balance sheet reconciliations file as required.
  • Provide any financial analysis as required.
  • Assist in the internal/external audit where appropriate.
  • Any other ad-hoc finance work as directed by the Management Accountant.
