Territory Growth Officer

We seek a driven Territory Growth Officer to spearhead the growth and development of our Wales territory.

About the Role
  • This critical position will oversee a sub-region within the wider Wales territory, guiding its continued growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee team performance, empowering Branch Managers and individual Recruitment Consultants
  • Strengthen client relationships, expanding our existing client portfolio
  • Ensure educator recruitment and attraction meet supply demands while upholding quality standards
  • Enhance wellbeing, productivity, and effectiveness of all Managers and Consultants across the Region
  • Maintain quality and compliance expectations by adhering to established policies
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and open exchange
