About the Opportunity:
This role is perfect for an accomplished sales professional looking for a strategic and analytic sales position. As a Business Development Manager, you will work independently to manage your own time effectively, split between account management and new business development.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the South West territory, prioritizing client interactions based on business growth opportunities
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase revenue
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business prospects
What We're Looking For:
- A sales professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Package Includes:
- £40k basic salary, with potential for up to £50k OTE
- Uncapped monthly commission scheme
