About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and support the wider teams' business
  • Deliver significant revenue growth by using business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how our solutions can help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinate internal resources for the delivery of objective-based solutions for clients
  • Create and deliver customized sales opportunities for clients
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding the landscape and gaining account penetration
  • Cross-sell and become an expert in different products of Epsilon
  • Understand and unpack the complex political structures of both Publicis and client organizations to establish our position, push our agenda, and drive revenue
  • Negotiate and close contracts with client key decision-makers
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years of professional digital sales and marketing business experience
  • Significant industry experience in internal sales/client development/consulting roles
  • Excelled in a target-driven sales position
  • Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
  • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
  • Comfortable at growing accounts and revenue, not afraid to ask for the business
  • Strategic partner - great relationship builder and can engage a client with a roadmap and vision and set and work towards and beyond key targets
  • Can build relationships across multiple disciplines in the client organization, including marketing, merchandising, media decision-making from junior to C-suite
  • Detail-oriented - enjoys the process of the sale and is detail-focused
  • Account planning - helping internal and external stakeholders see the bigger picture and plan
  • Highly driven, motivated, and ambitious self-starter. Proactive, not reactive
  • Curious to learn and focused on own personal development
