About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at haart, a leading estate agency in the UK. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of property professionals to achieve exceptional results in residential lettings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team, coach and motivate team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor and assess individual performance.
  • Business Development: Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Performance Management: Create and action business plans relevant to your branch, monitor and assess performance of local competitors, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • Skills: Full UK driving licence, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work under own initiative, and basic IT skills.
  • Qualifications: A strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings and the ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn a competitive uncapped commission on top of your basic salary.
