About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings with the Lettings team, coaching them to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring and assessing individual team member performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree new tenancies.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, including the Residential Lettings industry.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch.
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Basic IT skills.
